Purchase Agreement

Please select each line item indicating your agreement and, or understanding that the fee paid is for the purchase of the 65 part educational series EBOOK. The disputing assistance is a FREE service with your purchase.

I/We understand that once I/We purchase the 65 part educational series EBOOK, and have forwarded an application with payment, and a signed copy of this purchase agreement, and an updated copy of My/Our credit report to The Fulfillment Center LLC, PO. Box 10, Whitefield, Maine 04353-0010, or via email at thefulfillmentcenter@msn.com, or by faxing a copy to 888-797-3131, or to it’s assignee’s, The Fulfillment Center LLC will immediately release the license key to unlock the 65 part educational series EBOOK. If the purchaser has an email address noted on the submitted application, all correspondence will be sent via email, otherwise all correspondence will be by general mail delivery. Once received and approved, The Fulfillment Center LLC, or it’s assignee’s, will begin analyzing My/Our credit report. I/We understand that I/We are protected under the 3 day right rescind, and the five (5) business day cancellation right that I/We have under Federal law.

I/We understand that once the three (3) day right to rescind, and the five (5) business days cancellation right that I/We have under Federal law has passed and personalized dispute letters created on My/Our behalf, and sent to Me/Us, there will be no refund of monies paid for the 65 part educational series RBOOK. I/We understand that this assistance in disputing My/Our credit report is a FREE customized service offered to Me/Us as a result of the EBOOK purchase and cannot be transferred to any other person/persons. There has been no promise of a mortgage or any other service or product in the execution of this Agreement.

If I/We have taken advantage of the FREE disputing service assistance, I/We understand that although the average time frame to begin seeing results of any kind is 150-180 days into the disputing process, that these results are individual and My/Our circumstances are unique and different from any other individual/s, and that it is impossible to guarantee any specific result within a specified amount of time. I/We state that no one has made ANY specific claims as to what My/Our credit scores will be nor in what time frame My/Our credit will be restored to. I/We understand that the disputing service assistance is FREE with the EBOOK purchase and I/We may see results every month for the twelve (12) months of this Agreement.

I/We understand that I/We must be accountable for My/Our own actions and must maintain involvement in the FREE disputing service in order to reap the long term benefits. The Fulfillment Center LLC, and it’s assignee’s, does not and cannot do this for Me/Us, they can only assist Me/Us in this process. I/We agree to refrain from any and all actions that may hinder the process of restoring My/Our credit or negatively effect it in any way, including, but not limited to, paying your bills on time, applying for additional lines of credit, making large purchases, etc.

I/We agree to forward all correspondence received from the credit bureaus to The Fulfillment Center LLC, or it’s assignee’s, within thirty (30) days to The Fulfillment Center LLC, POB 10, Whitefield, ME 04353-0010. I/We also agree to forward all response letters drafted and sent to Me/Us, by The Fulfillment Center LLC, to the appropriate credit bureau office within five (5) days of having received It/Them.

I/We understand that there isn’t any magic pill that will restore My/Our credit profile with the FREE disputing system, or any disputing system, but rather it is a process that follows the laws of the FCRA and challenges the right for the credit bureaus to report your credit information without verification of those accounts listed on your credit report.
